What you'll do

• Plan meals and snacks
• order food and supplies
• adjust menus for field trips and document substitutions
• oversee kitchen production, cleaning, and sanitation
• maintain meal counts and production records
• visit sites to monitor service and compliance
• train site staff
• support audits, applications, food nutrition classes, and kitchen coverage as needed.
