The Cloud Computing Specialist – Directory Services (Microsoft 365) role is onsite at DLA Headquarters in Fort Belvoir, VA. The target salary range is $150,000–$190,000 per year. TekSynap supports federal government customers, and this position supports a proposed DLA Enterprise IT Architecture Support Services task order. The specialist serves as the senior technical lead for directory services, maintaining and modernizing identity, collaboration, messaging, and cloud platforms. The work supports DLA enterprise IT operations across network and cloud environments, with a focus on secure, reliable services and Zero Trust activities affecting identity.

What you'll do

• Administer the DLA Microsoft 365 and Entra ID tenant, including Conditional Access, federation, and directory synchronization
• engineer and maintain Active Directory and Group Policy on NIPRNet and SIPRNet
• support Exchange and Microsoft 365 messaging
• support Google Workspace as tasked
• automate administration and reporting with PowerShell
• align tenant configuration with DoD baselines and STIGs
• resolve Tier 3 ServiceNow tickets within SLA
• provide technical direction to administrators
• prepare runbooks, technical documentation, and change requests.
