What you'll do

• Lead quarterly planning, budgeting, and operational improvement initiatives for Advanced Hardware Engineering
• develop and roll out AI automation tools integrated with productivity systems
• own JIRA hygiene and issue-resolution targets
• streamline firmware configuration management
• collaborate across engineering and partner teams
• maintain reports communicating program status, risks, issues, and achievements.
