The Direct Support Professional (Registered Behavior Technician) role is onsite in Richmond, IN, providing center-based Applied Behavior Analysis therapy. Pay is $18–$20 per hour. Lighthouse Autism Center provides ABA therapy to children with autism and supports their learning and development.

What you'll do

• Work one-on-one with children ages 18 months to school age
• implement individualized therapy plans with clinicians and behavior analysts
• use play-based and naturalistic approaches
• support educational and social progress and preparation for transition to a traditional school setting
• track and document each child’s progress while implementing therapy programs.

Why this role
