What you'll do

• Manage low-voltage and fiber-optic projects from pre-construction through closeout
• develop cost estimates, bids, and proposals for ISP and structured cabling projects
• interpret construction drawings, fiber splicing diagrams, and network designs
• coordinate labor, materials, subcontractors, and schedules
• serve as primary contact for clients, vendors, and internal teams
• conduct site walks and pre-bid assessments
• track budgets, change orders, and profitability
• ensure compliance with safety standards, local codes, and company quality expectations
• mentor field technicians and crews
• troubleshoot project issues when necessary.
