What you'll do

• Coordinate with team members, line cooks, and expeditors about menu availability and preparation
• prepare menu items quickly and sanitarily
• maintain cooking methods, times, temperatures, storage, and sanitation
• oversee care and cleaning of tools and equipment
• assist with kitchen operations and Sous Chefs
• complete station checklists and par sheets
• and control waste.

Why this role
