What you'll do

• Drive sales, labor control, and cost of goods
• oversee food and beverage preparation and service
• manage shift schedules, ordering, inventory, time punches, cash, and administrative tasks
• hire, train, coach, and evaluate team members with the General Manager
• conduct pre-shift meetings
• address guest concerns and support catering and third-party orders
• follow opening and closing procedures.
