The Building Maintenance role is onsite in Wright City, MO. Starting pay is $24 per hour. What you'll do

• Perform routine facility maintenance, inspections, and minor repairs
• troubleshoot basic electrical, mechanical, plumbing, carpentry, painting, and general repair needs within training and experience
• inspect HVAC, plumbing, and electrical systems and coordinate repairs as needed
• respond to facility safety, security, and maintenance concerns
• maintain facility equipment, tools, machinery, and grounds
• perform basic preventive maintenance and minor vehicle repairs within scope.
