Clinical Supervisor

What you'll do

• Lead new nurse orientations and complete in-home check-offs
• assist with nurse-patient relationship management and clinical or charting questions
• educate patients and caregivers
• follow agency nursing policies and physician-ordered plans of care
• coordinate and monitor patient care
• assess patient progress and reactions
• support quality improvement
• follow Medicaid, HIPAA, and infection-control requirements
• document skilled care and maintain patient records
• participate in annual in-services, workshops, seminars, and self-study courses.
