The role exists to design, verify, and integrate digital hardware that enables the company’s space-based energy infrastructure, contributing circuit-card assemblies and board-level testing to spacecraft and network development.

What you'll do

• Execute digital hardware and high-speed PCB design through requirements, preliminary and detailed design, reviews, test planning, integration, and test
• design mixed-signal circuit-card assemblies using processors, microcontrollers, FPGA/CPLD, and memory
• support FPGA/SoC board layout, backplane interfaces, and compute-module integration
• use schematic capture, layout, simulation, and timing-analysis tools
• support signal and power integrity analysis and worst-case circuit analysis
• assist with board bring-up, debugging, and verification using lab instruments
• support component selection and qualification. Requires a relevant bachelor’s degree and 5+ years of digital hardware, FPGA-system, or high-speed PCB design experience.
