What you'll do

• Process daily reports, timesheets, leave requests, and project documentation
• maintain project and employee records and compliance documents
• prepare and track submittals, pre-construction materials, and closeout documents
• coordinate off-island travel
• assist with waste profiling, manifests, badging, access passes, purchasing, and supplies or equipment
• participate in occasional onsite project visits.
