What you'll do

• Clean and sanitize restrooms
• dust and wipe furniture
• sweep, mop, or vacuum floors
• empty waste containers and refill restroom dispensers
• assist with facility setup for meetings, classrooms, conferences, and events
• perform floor care and carpet cleaning
• maintain cleaning equipment and tools
• secure buildings by checking doors and windows and reporting unauthorized occupants
• follow instructions for chemicals and supplies
• remove debris from sidewalks and stairs
• clean windows and blinds
• maintain green areas
• support Head Start families and program operations
• work on weekends, holidays, or evenings on special assigned projects when requested.
