The Caregiver/Floater role is based in Leitchfield, KY, serving clients in surrounding areas and homes that may be urban, remote, or rural. Pay is $14–$16 per hour based on experience. Lifeline Homecare provides non-medical support to clients in their homes. The caregiver helps clients maintain independence through personal care and household assistance, while documenting care and reporting safety concerns. As a floater, the role also covers additional shifts in surrounding counties, including short-notice requests.

What you'll do

• Assist with cooking, light cleaning, household chores, and personal care
• manage needs across multiple clients and maintain detailed care notes in a mobile app
• promptly report suspected abuse or neglect
• help clients travel to approved appointments and errands
• cover additional shifts in surrounding counties when requested.
