What you'll do

• Provide customer service to patients, visitors, staff, and vendors
• follow security procedures, site policies, and emergency response activities. Respond to incidents, medical emergencies, and disruptive behavior according to site procedures. Conduct regular and random foot or vehicle patrols of facilities, parking areas, entrances, and perimeters. Monitor access points, provide directions, document incidents and patrol activity, and communicate relevant information to site leadership or emergency responders.
