What you'll do

• Welcome and assist patients

• maintain inventory controls and records
• use point-of-sale systems and patient profiles
• process online and phone orders
• verify prescriptions, select products, and pack orders
• provide product information
• follow state and local regulations, HIPAA requirements, security, and access protocols
• communicate patient feedback.
