What you'll do

• Market parts and service products, promotions, and programs
• answer customer questions
• prepare quotes
• follow up on leads
• provide literature
• promote additional products
• visit customer operations to identify sales opportunities
• deliver parts when necessary
• maintain a clean, stocked work vehicle
• assist with inventory counts and stock orders
• use inventory systems and parts libraries
• read and interpret parts diagnostics and diagrams. Extended hours during peak seasons and occasional weekends may be required.
