Live-Out Caregiver — Day Shift

The Live-Out Caregiver role is onsite in Herndon, VA, providing in-home senior care on Tuesday, Friday, and Sunday from 9:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. Pay is $18 per hour. Options for Senior America provides in-home care for seniors. The caregiver supports clients’ daily routines, safety, and companionship in their homes. The role assists with personal care, meals, household organization, medication reminders, mobility, and activities that support clients’ well-being and independence.

What you'll do

• Assist with bathing, dressing, grooming, and safe mobility
• prepare simple meals and keep living spaces clean and organized
• provide medication reminders and track basic health cues
• offer companionship and accompany clients on errands or appointments
• assist with light exercise or therapy routines as directed by professionals.
