Customer Systems Engineer, SSD Validation

The Customer Systems Engineer, SSD Validation role is onsite in Longmont, CO. Compensation is $60–$65 per hour. The position supports customer-focused validation and qualification of enterprise and data-center solid-state drive products. The engineer owns validation cycles for assigned platforms, setting up test environments, developing and maintaining test cases and automation, and analyzing results to identify failures and guide debugging and risk assessment. The role also provides technical guidance and mentorship across teams.

What you'll do

• Plan and complete customer-specific SSD and system validation cycles and qualification runs.
• Configure systems, firmware, operating systems, and platform settings for validation.
• Analyze results, identify failures, and determine debugging and risk-assessment next steps.
• Develop, extend, and maintain test cases, scripts, and automation.
• Serve as technical owner for assigned projects and share guidance across teams.
