A-Level Automotive Technician — European and Domestic Vehicles

The A-Level Automotive Technician role is onsite in Palm City, FL, with a Monday–Friday, 8:00 a.m.–5:00 p.m. schedule and Saturday hours from 8:00 a.m.–1:00 p.m. The stated earning potential is $80,000–$150,000+ annually, with guaranteed base pay plus production bonuses. Relocation assistance is available. The role supports Highway Tire & Auto’s automotive repair work. The technician handles advanced diagnostics and complex repairs independently, helping the shop deliver quality repairs and maintain productive workflow across European, domestic, and Asian vehicles.

What you'll do

• Diagnose complex electrical, drivability, and performance concerns
• perform advanced diagnostics and repairs
• complete complex repairs independently
• coordinate with service advisors and parts staff
• mentor developing technicians when needed
• complete accurate, quality repairs while maintaining productivity.
