What you'll do

• Inspect damaged vehicles and identify necessary repairs
• prepare estimates using industry-standard estimating software
• photograph and document damage
• explain repair recommendations, costs, and timelines to customers
• work with insurance adjusters on approvals and supplements
• review insurance estimates and identify missed or incorrectly priced operations
• coordinate parts and verify availability
• monitor repair progress and update customers and insurers
• review completed repairs and final invoices
• maintain repair files and documentation
• help achieve sales, customer-service, and cycle-time goals.
