Medical Assistant Supervisor — Parker Square

The Medical Assistant Supervisor role is onsite in Parker, Colorado, and typically works Monday through Friday, 8 a.m.–5 p.m.; varying weekday hours and Saturdays may be needed. Pay is $27–$32 per hour. The supervisor supports OnPoint Family Medicine: Parker Square, part of a physician-led primary and urgent care network focused on access to coordinated healthcare. The supervisor manages the Medical Assistant staff while also performing Medical Assistant duties and supporting patient care. The role coordinates staffing, hiring, coaching, evaluations, onboarding, and education to help maintain effective clinic operations and consistent care practices.

What you'll do

• Supervise Medical Assistant staff
• create and maintain staff schedules
• interview and hire to fill staffing needs
• conduct performance evaluations
• coach staff and coordinate progressive discipline with the Practice Manager
• oversee onboarding and annual education
• follow up on electronic medical record inaccuracies
• conduct team meetings
• maintain certifications and clinic-system proficiency
• support patient care and comply with OSHA, CLIA, and HIPAA standards.

Why this role

Requires graduation from an accredited Medical Assistant program, three or more years of Medical Assistant experience, and a current BLS card; one year of lead or supervisor experience is preferred.
