What you'll do

• Oversee daily engineering and maintenance operations

• respond to guest and department requests
• maintain repair and inspection records
• develop and manage preventive maintenance
• supervise, train, schedule, and direct employees
• ensure safety and regulatory compliance
• oversee building systems and equipment
• assist with budgets, vendors, repairs, and capital projects
• coordinate with hotel departments to resolve guest concerns.
