What you'll do

• Complete make-ready maintenance in vacant homes
• perform painting, drywall, carpentry, plumbing, electrical, flooring, appliance, and general repairs
• inspect homes before move-in
• ensure homes meet quality standards
• respond to maintenance requests
• safely operate company vehicles
• follow safety policies and procedures
• assist with other maintenance projects.
