What you'll do

• Help communicate the Alumni Hall vision and set daily operating standards
• participate in staff meetings
• recruit, hire, train, coach, and develop team members
• support performance reviews and action plans
• manage merchandise receipt, processing, placement, replenishment, and markdowns
• maintain sales-floor, cash-wrap, and fitting-room standards
• open and close the store, handle deposits, and follow daily procedures
• process e-commerce orders
• work toward sales and shrink goals
• assist with scheduling practices.
