What you'll do

• Assist residents with toileting, bathing, dressing, and repositioning as needed
• monitor residents and respond to call lights and requests
• report changes in condition to a nurse or supervisor
• provide companionship and emotional support
• perform light housekeeping and sanitation
• assist with overnight routines and morning preparation when needed
• document care according to community policies.
