What you'll do

• Lead onsite staff and daily operations
• oversee rent collection, delinquency, and eviction processes
• manage accounts receivable and payable
• coordinate leasing, marketing, and resident retention
• monitor market trends and pricing
• review financial reports and budgets
• identify revenue and expense opportunities
• resolve resident concerns
• inspect property conditions
• ensure legal and Fair Housing compliance
• oversee maintenance, vendors, and improvement projects
• recruit, train, and develop staff
• maintain property records and documentation.
