What you'll do

• Develop project opportunities and maintain client and referral relationships
• represent the company at industry events, pre-bid walks, and client meetings
• prepare quantity takeoffs, cost estimates, bid packages, and proposals
• solicit and evaluate subcontractor bids
• coordinate electrical scope with the in-house electrical company
• manage schedules, budgets, subcontractors, client communication, RFIs, submittals, change orders, daily logs, site visits, and closeout.
