Enterprise Account Executive

Job overview

The Enterprise Account Executive role is remote across the United States, with collaboration required during core working hours. The base salary range is $120,000–$135,000 per year, plus equity and benefits; variable pay and bonuses may also be discussed. AssetWatch provides predictive maintenance solutions to industrial customers and aims to improve manufacturing uptime. The executive owns and grows enterprise accounts by acquiring new customers and expanding existing relationships. The role guides complex sales from discovery through pilot and rollout, connects platform capabilities to customer outcomes, and works across teams to support adoption, forecasting, and territory strategy.

What you'll do

• Own and develop named enterprise accounts
• create account plans for new customer acquisition and multi-site expansion
• identify high-value opportunities
• manage pipeline and revenue targets
• lead discovery, pilots, proof of value, and enterprise rollout
• engage plant and executive stakeholders
• present ROI-based business cases
• negotiate and close agreements
• partner with Customer Success, Product, Marketing, and leadership
• maintain forecasts and participate in deal reviews.
