Registered Nurse (RN) Supervisor — Every Other Weekend

What you'll do

• Complete nursing assessments, transfers, discharges, treatment plans, progress notes, medication reconciliation and administration, and vital signs
• communicate with unit nursing staff
• seek physician direction and assist the medical doctor as needed
• participate in staff meetings
• orient new employees to unit policies
• oversee and serve as a resource to direct care staff
• support nursing leadership with staffing and activities
• provide direct patient care when assigned.
