The Material Handler / Backup Driver — Retail Operations role is onsite in Meadville, PA. Compensation is $15–$17 per hour. The role supports Goodwill’s donated-goods operations, helping turn donations into opportunities and fund community job training.

What you'll do

• Drive and handle vehicles safely
• organize and load trucks
• move, stack, and sort donated goods, salvage, and waste using material-handling equipment
• bale salvage materials
• complete vehicle maintenance checks and required logs
• keep vehicles and dock areas clean and safe
• and assist with loading and unloading. Requires a valid driver’s license, acceptable driving record, and ability to drive a 24–26-foot box truck.
