What you'll do

• Manage HVAC, plumbing, piping, sheet metal, and fire protection scopes from award through warranty
• administer contracts, RFIs, submittals, schedules, reporting, and change orders
• manage budgets, forecasts, billing, and cash flow
• coordinate manpower and schedules with field superintendents and division managers
• lead procurement and buyout
• oversee BIM, fabrication, and construction submittal quality
• conduct project reviews and jobsite walks
• manage trade partners
• serve as primary contact for project stakeholders
• and mentor project engineers and assistant project managers.

Why this role
