The Shift Leader role is onsite in Brentwood, TN, with compensation of $16–$19 per hour. The position supports the Nothing Bundt Cakes bakery team in creating high-quality cakes and a welcoming guest experience. Working alongside bakery management and team members, the Shift Leader helps guide daily operations, support sales and profitability, and ensure the bakery follows company standards. The role also helps reinforce the brand’s culture and supports team development.

What you'll do

• Work alongside the Assistant Manager, General Manager, and team members

• collaborate with bakery management on sales, profitability, and daily responsibilities
• help ensure bakery operations comply with company standards
