Athletic Trainer

The Athletic Trainer role is onsite in Hillsboro, OR, with a part-time graveyard schedule Monday–Friday from 1:30 a.m. to 5:30 a.m., plus Saturday 3–7 p.m. and Sunday 3–7 a.m. Compensation is $55–$60 per hour, depending on experience and credentials. The role supports DORN’s industrial injury prevention and ergonomics services at client sites. The certified athletic trainer assesses ergonomic risks, coaches employees on body mechanics, and provides hands-on deep tissue therapy. The work contributes to workplace injury prevention, employee well-being, and client safety and productivity initiatives.

What you'll do

• Coach employees on body mechanics and self-care
• collaborate with site management and safety teams to assess risks and implement injury-prevention strategies
• provide deep tissue therapy
• maintain detailed records in DORN systems
• gather employee survey feedback
• report to client site teams and DORN management on injury-prevention initiatives.
