What you'll do

• Oversee construction projects from conception to completion
• supervise construction workers and subcontractors
• install, maintain, or repair HVAC control systems and related equipment using plans and layouts
• schedule deliverables and estimate costs
• monitor construction compliance with building and safety regulations
• select tools and materials and track inventory
• prepare project status reports
• resolve issues and mitigate risks
• ensure construction standards and quality procedures
• demonstrate systems to customers and conduct onsite technician training
• travel to client sites as a routine part of the work.
