What you'll do

• Use a trauma-informed approach
• identify escalating conflicts and engage involved parties to mitigate violence
• work to reduce retaliatory incidents
• accept referrals and coordinate services
• set goals and monitor progress
• maintain contact with participants
• support violence prevention and risk-reduction skills
• document services and mediations
• build relationships with local providers and community organizations
• attend community activities as needed.
