What you'll do

• Provides professional nursing care for residents.
• Demonstrates knowledge of nursing principles and age-appropriate standards.
• Performs testing to evaluate resident status and provides necessary care.
• Recognizes problems, recommends solutions, and responds effectively in emergencies.
• Ensures resident health, comfort, and safety.
• Administers medications or treatments as ordered.
• Documents resident interactions and care outcomes.
• Establishes and maintains effective working relationships.
• Counsels residents and families on treatment plans.
• Performs other related duties as assigned.

What we're looking for

Education

Graduate from an accredited practical nursing program.

Experience

Minimum of 400 hours of experience as LPN at another facility.
