What you'll do

• Lead implementation planning and performance measurement
• coordinate work plans, milestones, dependencies, resources, and quality standards
• establish governance across implementation teams
• maintain schedules, decision logs, risk registers, action trackers, and dashboards
• synthesize performance, financial, operational, community, and stakeholder information
• advise on success metrics
• develop roadmaps and leadership materials
• coordinate communications and handoffs
• support project tools and processes
• build relationships to facilitate adoption.
