The part-time Job Coach role is onsite at job sites in the Moorhead, MN area. Compensation is $18–$20 per hour. Blue Sky, Inc. provides individualized training and follow-up support to improve employment stability and job retention for participants with disabilities. The coach supports adults with disabilities as they transition into community employment, helping them learn job tasks and transfer skills across work settings. The role contributes to participant progress through individualized coaching, communication with employers and support networks, and timely performance information.

What you'll do

• Provide job shadowing and on-site training or coaching
• help participants transfer learned skills to new sites and make necessary adjustments
• communicate progress with employers, families, team members, and placement specialists
• adapt to different work sites and tasks
• assist employers with job modifications when necessary
• provide performance data to a supervisor
• support social skills, personal awareness, and understanding of individual abilities and limitations.

Why this role

Schedule is Mondays and Wednesdays, 1:00 PM–4:00 PM, and every third Sunday, 10:00 AM–1:00 PM. Requires a valid driver’s license, clean driving record, and personal vehicle able to transport up to three individuals.
