The Community Assistant role is onsite in Mankato, MN. Compensation is $12.00 per hour plus commission potential. The position supports College Town Mankato, a student housing community serving Minnesota State University–Mankato students. This part-time role helps meet leasing and occupancy goals by engaging prospective residents, conducting tours, supporting residents, and assisting with daily property operations and community activities.

What you'll do

• Generate leases and renewals through peer engagement
• provide customer service
• serve as the first contact for prospects
• conduct property and unit tours
• follow up with prospects by phone, text, and email
• support outreach, resident events, move-ins, packages, and property operations
• maintain tour and amenity areas
• assist with lockouts when assigned.
