Maintenance Technician

Job overview

The Maintenance Technician role is onsite in El Cajon, CA, with a Monday–Friday schedule from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. Pay is $23–$25 per hour. Cirrus Asset Management provides property management services to property owners and residents. The technician completes maintenance and turnover work to keep apartments and building systems functional, safe, and ready for residents. The role supports property operations through timely repairs, documentation, and upkeep of residential and common areas.

What you'll do

• Complete work orders within designated time frames
• turn over apartments within five days of move-out
• survey buildings and repair mechanical systems
• maintain electrical, plumbing, heating, locks, doors, and building systems
• prepare and paint surfaces
• document work and materials
• participate in technical, safety, and operational training.
