What you'll do

• Develop and oversee classes, camps, workshops, and other educational programming from concept through evaluation
• build schedules and coordinate staffing, space, and resources
• recruit, train, support, and evaluate teaching artists and classroom volunteers
• observe classes and camps and assess curriculum, instruction, and student engagement
• address student and parent programming concerns
• manage summer camp programming
• collaborate on budgets, calendars, enrollment goals, and organizational strategy
• support inclusion and professional development.

Why this role
