The Service Ambassador — Weekend role is onsite in Upper Marlboro, MD; pay is $17–$18 per hour. The role exists to provide a courteous first point of contact for patients and visitors and support the center’s daily reception operations. It contributes through call handling, lobby upkeep, mail distribution, clerical assistance, and timely responses to patient inquiries and concerns.

What you'll do

• Greet and welcome patients and visitors
• answer and direct incoming calls
• maintain an organized reception and lobby area
• sort and distribute incoming and outgoing mail
• assist with filing, scanning, and data entry
• address patient inquiries and resolve issues or complaints promptly
• perform other clerical duties as needed.
