What you'll do

• Provide technical direction to the global HSIO engineering team and local test laboratory
• mentor engineers
• lead connector design, prototyping, qualification, and launch
• manage project execution and milestones
• approve engineering deliverables
• review mechanical simulations, FEA, and tolerance analyses
• resolve design and production challenges
• engage customers and sales on requirements and roadmaps
• report project status and risks.
