What you'll do

• Advise and counsel clients on purchase and sale transactions, commercial leasing, development, subdivision, zoning, and real estate financing. Draft, review, and negotiate transactional documents. Review title examinations, commitments, and surveys
• issue and respond to title objections. Coordinate real estate closings. Research land use, zoning, and environmental matters.
