Amazon Connect Developer

Job overview

The Amazon Connect Developer role is onsite in Woodlawn, MD, five days per week, and full-time. Compensation is $120,000–$140,000 per year. What you'll do

• Design, develop, and implement Amazon Connect applications, forms, workflows, access controls, interfaces, and configurations
• develop and support IVR, ACD, skill-based routing, live chat, and messaging
• integrate Amazon Connect with AWS services and enterprise applications
• develop with Node.js, Python, or Java
• gather and document requirements
• design and develop solutions in ServiceNow
• enhance processes
• troubleshoot communication workflows, integrations, and configurations
• maintain process-flow documentation and technical specifications
• recommend operational and application improvements
• collaborate with customers, stakeholders, and technical teams on implementation, testing, and issue resolution.
