Houseparents, Full-Time - Relocation to Hershey, PA Required This is an onsite position located in Treasure Island, FL. The salary is $44,768.00 per person. Milton Hershey School is a home and school for over 2,200 students from disadvantaged backgrounds. Couples are hired to serve as Full-time Flex Houseparents, residing in on-campus student homes. They provide care, guidance, supervision, and support for approximately 8-13 students, fostering a structured, family-like environment to promote students' academic, emotional, and social development.

What you'll do

• Providing daily supervision and mentorship
• Managing household routines and student schedules
• Administering medications and ensuring student wellness
• Driving students to activities, as well as planning and actively engaging in developmental and recreational activities with students
• Leading daily devotions and accompanying students to Sunday Chapel
• Overseeing budgeting and household reporting
