What you'll do

• Manage full-cycle recruiting across corporate departments, dealerships, and affiliated companies
• partner with hiring managers on requirements and priorities
• source candidates through LinkedIn, Indeed, job boards, referrals, and other channels
• screen applicants and conduct initial interviews
• present qualified candidates
• coordinate interviews and candidate communications
• support offers
• maintain ATS records
• build candidate pipelines
• attend career fairs and recruiting events as needed
• collaborate with the recruiting team.
