The Intermediate Information Systems Specialist – Hardware Services works 100% onsite in Washington, DC, on a first-shift Monday–Friday schedule. Compensation is not specified. What you'll do

• Provide desktop support and maintain enterprise service-management cases
• troubleshoot computer and printer hardware, including components
• coordinate OEM support, returns, and exchanges
• support inventory and hardware asset management
• install, configure, and support Windows 10/11 and Microsoft 365
• support imaging and hardware deployment
• assist with smartphones and tablets
• use ServiceNow to manage queues and create dashboards and queries
• troubleshoot basic network and VPN issues
• document and summarize customer issues
• plan and execute activities using Excel and SharePoint.
