What you'll do

• Learn and maintain company standards and protocols
• learn the coffee program and speak knowledgeably about coffees and brewing
• operate brewing equipment, grinders, scales, timers, water towers, point-of-sale, and mobile payment systems
• restock store areas
• perform opening, closing, and midday tasks
• learn and perfect latte art
• clean and maintain the store
• take and verify guest orders
• resolve complaints or alert a leader
• receive and check supplier deliveries
• record temperatures
• maintain health department standards and store organization.
