What you'll do

• Greet guests
• manage the waitlist, seating rotation, and table availability
• answer phones and handle takeout orders
• process cash and card payments
• maintain the host stand, lobby, menus, and restrooms as assigned
• communicate guest needs and requests to staff
• support to-go packaging when needed
• follow safety and sanitation standards.
